1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 3 days of delivery
  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be in original packaging
  • Not show signs of damage, stains, perfume, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.


2. Return Timeframe

You must request a return within 3 DAYS from the date of delivery.
Return requests made after this period may not be approved.

To initiate a return, please email us at Defrostjeans0@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.


3. Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another agreed method after receiving your bank details.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size issues or defective products, subject to stock availability.

If your preferred size is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A different product of equal value
  • Store credit
  • A refund (as per policy)

Exchange requests must also be made within 1 DAYS of delivery.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

You may be required to share:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Unboxing video
  • Order details

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”
  • Items returned without original tags
  • Used, washed, or altered products
  • Products damaged after delivery

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item, Defrost Jeans will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for size preference or personal choice, return shipping charges may apply or be deducted from the refund.

Details regarding return pickup or self-shipping will be shared once your request is approved.
